Your "WHY"....

If there is one thing for certain, it is that on your path to success you will encounter many ups and downs. If you are expecting it to be “easy” you are highly mistaken. Both in my professional and personal experiences the work never gets “easier” you just get stronger, therefore becoming much more resilient.

Your “why” is your purpose for setting out to accomplish your goal.

You want to lose or gain weight? Great! Why?!?! To feel better about yourself and/or your circumstance? Even better….. but why? I hope you see where I am going with this.

What you may notice or find is that your external goals may simply be a projection of your intrinsic needs and wants(read that part again).

Having clarity on both your goals and your purpose will allow you to push past almost any obstacle and see your goal through in its entirety.

Again let me reiterate, this process is by no means easy. But it will absolutely be worth it!
